BOXING CLASSES


At Nelson Boxing Club, we offer a variety of boxing training sessions for all ages and skill levels. Every class is designed to improve technique, endurance, and overall fitness while fostering discipline and self-confidence. All our boxing classes include:

  • Warm up.
  • Technical skill/strategy lesson.
  • Exercises so the boxers utilize the skill learned that day.
  • Drills where these skills are applied.
  • Strength, speed, and cardio exercises.
  • Warm down and stretch.
  • Lesson summary & mental preparedness training.

At Nelson Boxing Club, we go beyond the ring. Our Athletics & Fitness programs are designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility—foundations that benefit both boxers and general fitness enthusiasts. Whether you're here to cross-train, boost your conditioning, or improve your athletic performance, we offer dynamic classes that push limits and deliver results.

Led by experienced trainers, our sessions incorporate functional training, weightlifting, core work, and mobility drills tailored to all fitness levels. 

BUILD FLEXIBILITY, FOCUS, AND RECOVERY

YOGA CLASSES


We’re excited to introduce our Yoga Program, led and implemented by Xochilt, bringing a new layer of wellness, mindfulness, and balance to the Nelson Boxing and Athletic Club community. This program is open to everyone, whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice.

Through thoughtfully guided sessions, you’ll experience:

  •  Gentle stretches and mindful flows.
  • Breathwork to reduce stress and increase focus.
  • Strength and balance-building postures.
  • Deep relaxation and restoration
