Boxing - Open Gym (Regular Sessions)

Monday - Friday 11am to 3pm

Team Sparring

Sparring in the ring: Tuesdays and Fridays from 4pm to 6pm.


(By invitation. Must be a member of Boxing BC and have a current medical certificate)

Boxing Classes:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm
 

Kids (6 to 12)
 Adults (12 years +)

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thursdays 5 pm to 6 pm

Team Training 

Monday & Wednesdays from 4pm to 6pm
